Kevin Shiels BSc Fin ACA CTA (AITI)

A fresh new entity into the accountancy, taxation and insolvency profession KSA Shiels & Co. was formed in 2010 with Kevin Shiels as its principal.

Kevin is a past pupil of St Patrick's Academy, Dungannon, Co. Tyrone where he completed his G.C.S.E and 'A' - Levels. Kevin graduated from Queens University, Belfast with a Bachelor of Science Honours degree in Finance in 2004.

Kevin joined Clifford Desmond & Associates, Dublin where he trained as a Chartered Accountant and successfully completed his final admitting exams.

Kevin relocated from Dublin and joined PR Callan & Co., Ardee. While working as a senior accountant Kevin completed his tax consultancy exams with the Irish Taxation Institute.

Kevin is an associate of both the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Ireland and the Irish Taxation Institute.

Kevin is committed to providing first class personal service, continually striving to understand each and every clients business and maintain a culture of excellence throughout the practice.

Kevin has a flair for business development and consultancy and prides himself on delivering personalised advice and proactive strategies for all clients.

Kevin is currently serving as Treasurer of Kingscourt Parish and Muff - Laragh National School and the Kingscourt Chamber of Commerce. He is a past Treasurer of Kingscourt Stars GAA Club.

Kevin has played Gaelic football with Kingscourt Stars in Cavan and with Whitehall Colmcille in Dublin and Dungannon Clarkes (his home club) in Tyrone.

Kevin is married to Sharon and they have a daughter, Aoibheann and a son, Lúcás.
